In Nantong’s workshops, artisans employ methods both ancient and revolutionary:
1、Ear of the Loom: Detecting 0.1mm tension shifts by sound, a skill refined over 30,000 hours；
2、Thermal Stitching: Sewing in 35°C chambers to align flax’s “muscle memory”;
3、Steam Calligraphy: Using Huangshan tea-infused steam to sculpt linen’s wrinkles into living art.

Each product comes with a digital “passport” tracking:
1、Carbon Sequestration: 3.7kg CO₂ absorbed per m² of flax field；
2、Water Revival: 98% dye water recycled through Nantong’s lotus wetlands;
